Second, you must prove that you have the ability to pay the monthly payments (monthly income, inheritance, etc.). Once you pick you pick out the home you like, I require that you do a drive-by to ensure that you like the neighborhood, exterior, location, etc. Let me know ahead of time please. If you like it, we move to the next step.

Once you provide POF, we will schedule a walk thru of the home. At the same time, I will bring all paper work for you to be able to make the purchase if you would like to proceed. You will be able to pay the down payment, sign the agreement, and receive the keys to your new house right then!
